Why Don’t You Do Backlinks?
We would be lying if we said backlinks aren’t important, they are! However when it comes to the local search engines, having a hand full of high quality links that are built on genuine relationships from the actual client within that community will produce ranking results way beyond anything an SEO company could produce by forcing regular backlinks to a website. Google has become very intuitive in the art of distinguishing a natural link profile built on relationships, therefore guiding the client on how to do this for themselves through building bridges in the local area with people who really find value in your clients produce or service is the best way to support their online presence.
In Googles own terms of service its actually says.
“Any links intended to manipulate Page Rank or a site’s ranking in Google search results may be considered part of a link scheme and a violation of Google’s webmaster guidelines“

We are also in essence a wholesale SEO company and therefore look not only to use industry leading techniques but also implement these at scale to bring you massive value for money. Unfortunately good backlinks require genuine relationship cultivation and therefore don’t scale very well. We like to focus on Citations, the (NAP) name, address, phone number distribution for our offline profile which over the last few years has become one of the major but very time consuming ranking factors in local SEO. We do truly believe that this will bring you the best value for money over time.
Do You Offer Weekly Reports?
No, we offer monthly reporting. We find because SEO isn’t usually just a smooth steady climb week by week, showing your client an average of the progress over a month is a much better visualization for your clients of how a website is moving forward.
How Long Does It Take To Rank?
We cannot in all honesty give an absolute time frame for your clients. In fact you should be very wary of any SEO company who guarantees ranking positions or time-scales. The truth is that Google doesn’t actually let people know what are its ranking factors are, only that there are many. The one thing that we can guarantee is that we will implement the best industry leading strategies and abide by Google guidelines and terms of service. That being said there is a significant amount of data available in the industry that we can call on to formulate a general idea there is a very good info graphic below from.
Do I Have To Sign A Contact?
Absolutely not, that wouldn’t serve us or you. We would however advise you draw up a contract with your clients for your own piece of mind. With us you pay upfront for the work we do for that month at $260, that way if your client backs out for any reason you have no obligation to us for further payments.
Where are the articles you provide go, are they posted on 3rd party websites?
How far in terms of radius is local for rankings?
The rule of thumb for how Google grades what is local, is your town/city + 20 miles from the city limits. If your client wants to move outside of the local area in to say the next town over its going to get harder and harder to rank locally (i.e the 7pack).
A great guide to work from is, if there are 7 similar businesses between you and where you want to rank further afield don’t even try. Work on organic if you have a genuine connection to the area or get a physical address in that area. (not including PO boxes or virtual offices).
